With its collection of over 300 artworks, the Hanaholmen Cultural Centre is also a major exhibitor of Finnish and Swedish contemporary art. This study takes the reader on a fascinating journey through a half century of Hanaholmen’s history. It casts its gaze over the centre’s major milestones, as well as the cultural and political luminaries who have shaped and steered its bilateral mission.
